Our engineers have been instrumental in the development and upkeep of aircraft maintenance programs for Airbus, Boeing, McDonald Douglas, ATR, and other OEMs fleets. The maintenance programs our engineers have been involved with have affected more than 1200 aircraft.

The maintenance program services we offer are:

• New program development - we will use the manufactures MRB, MPD to produce you a regulatory compliant base maintenance program. This will include task by task analysis of what is applicable to your fleet based on AD and modification status. In addition your operating environment and past data on other fleets can be reviewed for additional tasks that may apply to your new fleet.
• Existing program optimization - we will use our experience, your experience, your reliability data, your operational environment, and other parameters to optimize your program. Sometimes an external eye with no allegiance to an existing program can make progress possible that was impossible with existing staff politics.
• Program bridging or update - we will transition your program from MSG-2 to MSG-3 using the OEM documents required. This service will include any bridging necessary and an evaluation of any operator originated tasks that may be included in the old program.
