- Manage MX Program Requirements (MRB, AD, etc)
- Manage and Author Work Cards
- Produce work packages for specific check visits
- Output required tools and materials lists for check visits
- Produce airline compliance document describing the MX program for regulators
- Work with XML, PDF, or almost any other work card format
e-CAMP is made up of three user modules, a requirements management system, a work card management system, and a work package assembler module. Using these three modules a user may upkeep any maintenance program with ease while producing aircraft check visit work packages and program description documents in short amounts of time. Below are descriptions of each module and actual screencasts of user experiences within the eCAMP program. The screencasts below outline a routine maintenance program update process a normal user may experience.
eCAMP RMS - Requirement Management System
The requirements management system module provides the user the ability to browse, edit, and delete requirements in the maintenance program. The module is fully searchable with keyword and advanced search features. This screencast shows the RMS module general functionality.
Making a requirement in the maintenance program is easy. Here a user creates a requirement based upon the MRB that calls out a oil filter analysis. View the screencast.
Scheduling work cards in work packages is quick and easy with eCAMP. Here a user completes the task of picking the work card to perform the task of the requirement we just created. In this screencast the user selects the work card created in the screencast below and schedules it to accomplish the requirement created in the screencast above.
eCAMP WCMS - Work Card Management System
In the work cared management system module the user has the ability to browse, delete, and create work cards in the system. The module is fully searchable allowing users to retrieve work cards based on keyword or number. This screencast shows the basics of the WCMS module user interface.
For our hands on example above we made a requirement that demanded the removal of an oil filter for laboratory analysis. This screencast shows the process of creating a new work card for this job. In this screencast a user defines a work card that will be used for accomplishing the task required, as well the work card object defines the specifics skills, materials, etc required.
As time progresses it may be necessary to edit work cards, this screencast shows how easy the edit process is within eCAMP. Here we edit the same work card we created above updating man hours required and the required material list.
eCAMP WPA - Work Package Assembler
The work package assembler allows a user to select a specific aircraft from the fleet and then define what work packages need to be accomplished for the visit. With this module eCAMP returns a complete work package including all of the required work cards ready for printing. In addition to the work cards with each package assembled a:
- Tally report is generated showing all required cards
- Materials required report is generated showing necessary materials
- Tools required report is generated showing required tools
- Man hours required report is generated
Further Details
As one can see e-CAMP is easy to use and adopt. The e-CAMP application is hosted on Thrust servers meaning there is no internal IT infrastructure to build or pay for at the customer's site. With eCAMP there is no technology to adopt or install, eCAMP provides a simple to use and implement, turn key system for maintenance program management.
