1. A system for monitoring, controlling, and auditing ATOS compliance.
2. A web based software solution that any air carrier trying to manage ATOS compliance requires.
3. A system which makes answering ATOS SAI questions as easy as clicking a single hyperlink.
4. A solution in which ATOS compliance reports can be generated with ease.
5. The industry's first completely web based, XML powered ATOS compliance solution.
automATOS - Thrust Aerospace's solution for ATOS compliance monitoring and control; provides complete visibility of the entire ATOS process. automATOS is a completely web based solution built to work seamlessly with Docularity, Thrust's content/document management system, or as a separate software service if desired.
As everyone involved in the ATOS process knows, it can be very labor intensive and seemingly impossible to track all SAI guidelines and requirements efficiently. The process of becoming ATOS compliant or maintaining ATOS compliance is very demanding for even the most skilled individuals. Keying in on these issues, automATOS allows its users to focus on their internal policies and procedures while tracking compliance.
automATOS is currently under development and will make it's debut soon. The first release of automATOS will have the following features:
- Provide methods for embedding and harvesting compliance information from a wide range of information sources and compliance requirements (internal manuals cross referenced to SAI guidelines)
- Show easy tracking of answers to each SAI item with one click access to the target data (see screenshot example)
- Provide a number of tools to assist in the collection and organization of
ATOS related data - Automatic generation of the statement of compliance (see screenshot example)
- Tools to audit the inter dependencies (interfaces) between various information sources
- Service for monitoring and alerting carrier of any changes in FAA regulation and in the ATOS system
- Monitoring Alerts can be delivered to users via email, RSS or through Thrust's Centerline Information Delivery Portal
The FAA's ATOS program is still a "work in progress"; automATOS will remain a dynamic program itself matching the evolution of the ATOS program.
Since automATOS is provided as a software service model, the application and services are continually updated to reflect any changes in the ATOS program required.
