At many companies policies and procedures are not maintained as technology and business environments evolve. This neglect eventually produces a workplace that has low adherence to established policies and procedures which results in employees following tribal knowledge. If you are a startup company our staff will help you establish your general procedures manual by developing industry leading efficient policies and procedures as required to fit your business model. Each of our staff members has extensive experience in both originating procedures and updating existing procedures.

If you company already has policies and procedures established our staff will attack your problems by application of the following high level steps:

1. Obtain all Airline written policies and procedures regarding the specific element to be reviewed.
2. Obtain all ATOS SAI guidelines for the topic.
   Obtain all FAA or other guidance material referenced by the SAI or as required.
3. Explore and document the ACTUAL process in place today at Airline's by observing and interviewing those acting upon the existing policy or procedure.
4. If necessary make flow diagrams of ACTUAL process in place at Airline.
5. Compare current written guidelines to actual process and revise as necessary with Airline management direction.
6. Compare revised and original written guidelines with ATOS standards.
7. Revise Airline's written guidelines as required to meet ATOS standards. This would be done in working groups with Airline management as required.
8. Revise existing manuals and forms seeking FAA approval as required.
9. Document in a master database where in the Airline's manual system the compliance for the specific ATOS line item exists.
